I have a 1999 Christmas Heritage Signature Collection doll. I would like to know how to find her value. I even have the certificate of authenticity. The doll is in excellent condition and so is her box/ packaging.

She is lovely. Sadly, she is sitting on eBay unsold (many of her for many months now) with the lowest asking price of 99 cents.
Perhaps closer to Christmas you can get $10 or so for her.
She is such a sweet gal!!
These are mass-produced dolls that decrease in value. The certificate means nothing. If you get $25 that would be tops.
Doll values are at an all time low and even very low priced dolls are not selling very fast.
eBay is the best place to research dolls as they are the worlds largest doll selling site.
Its best to check under Heritage Signature Collection dolls as many sellers do not put very much information in their description/search line.
www.ebay.com/
here is one listing that you may wish to place a watch to see if she sells.
You can always check the sold listings on eBay as sold listings tend to give current value or at least it shows how much someone was willing to pay for a particular doll.
There have been no identical dolls sold on eBay over the past several months.
Christmas is a better time to try and sell but the value will still be low.
When the dolls are first made they sell in the markets for a good sum of money. Unfortunately, over time the value decreases and the supply is high and the demand is very low. People have listed this same doll on eBay and they can't even sell it at the low asking price they are asking for the doll.
