I would send this picture to Replacements.com. They would identify it and tell you what they would buy it back for. You could probably get more for it by selling it yourself, however.

There is are fun Homer Laughlin sites on Facebook that can help...sometimes almost instant. I like them! They are very nice. Someone there can ID it for you, I am sure.
I have so many HL pieces, but this one is not one I know off the top of my head. The sites are:
Homer Laughlin China Identification, Show, and Sell --you have to ask to join but they usually accept all who apply.
There is another one too Homer Laughlin China Collectors Association - HLCCA I forget if I had to join that one, or I just like it so it comes up and I can ask questions.
