I inherited some china and I want to know how much it is worth. There are two different looking ones. The Chinese one has 12 plates and 11 cups. The Lenox one has 12 cups with 12 cup plates, 9 big plates, 8 medium plates, 9 small plates and 8 soup cups.

Let's start with your "the Chinese one" set.
In fact, this is a Japanese set.
It is possible to identify it by its stamp.
You have Satsuma pottery www.satsuma-pottery.com/
Satsuma ware is a type of Japanese pottery originally from Satsuma Province, southern Kyushu.
I don't see a problem in identifying your Lenox china.
The name of the pattern is written on the back - Cretan (Temple Shape), # 0-316, the pattern is from ca.1938-1985 (it is discontinued).
This pattern features Ribbed Edges on Cream Belleek Decorated with 22k Greek Key Borders.
Your set has Gold Lenox mark Lenox Made in U.S.A , it was used between 1953 - 1988 www.theoldstuff.com/
You have Cretan by LENOX with Temple Shape and Greek Key Verge.
Status: Discontinued. Actual: 1938 - 1985
The price of a Footed Cup & Saucer Set is $17.99, was $19.99 www.replacements.com/

Replacements.com will offer you far less than they will charge someone for your china.
Look on eBay for this pattern.
A 5 piece place setting of Lenox 'Cretan' china is listed @ $70:

You seem to have an odd mix of pieces of Lenox Cretan so it may be a good idea to list similar pieces in a group rather than trying to sell the complete lot at one time.
Value? Only 2 pieces have sold on eBay over the past several months so that would indicate that Cretan is not a 'sought-after/popular pattern. Usually a very slow seller - weeks/months/years to sell.
You can check the for-sale listings on eBay to see what sellers are asking for different pieces but that just shows you what sellers would like to receive for their items. Only a sold item will show you value as it shows what someone was willing to pay for that particular item. Since sold items are not available you would have to decide for yourself what price to ask.

Replacements seem to have a lot of this pattern which means they will probably not be interested in buying.
Here are some of the pieces listed for sale but if you look at the number available you'll see in most cases a high number available.

The Chinese pieces may be more valuable but it will probably be difficult to find the pattern. I did not try to locate it as it would take a 'visual' search and I feel you can do this because you have the item to look at.
There are several ways to try to find what the mark/symbol means but probably the easiest one would be to take a piece to your local Chinese restaurant and see if they will help you (do not go during their busy periods).
You can also join Reddit and ask them for help.

As a general rule, almost all 'fine china' will be very slow selling because it is not on very many people's 'wanted list'.
Simple, microwaveable, easily replaceable pieces seem to be the trend right now.
