Can anyone tell me the name on the bottom of this vase? I remember my grandmother telling me it was from Japan but I don't know anything else about it. We're moving and I'm getting rid of stuff. There are a couple of these. Thank you

This vase/planteris was made by Yokoi Sei-Ichi Shoten.
It says "MADE IN JAPAN"
"723. Mark: Mt. Fuji, a stream, and "Made in Japan", c 1930. Unconfirmed identity but could be Yokoi Sei-Ichi Shoten which closed in 1942. Mark similar to Fukagawa."

It has been established from the marking that your vases were probably made in the 1930s.
However, since no identical sold vase has been found, true value cannot be stated as 'for sale' items only show what a seller would like to receive for their items and a seller can state any price they wish.
An identical vase is listed for sale on Etsy for $225 while the same seller also has it listed on Charish for $295.

You can check the for sale listings on eBay to see how many different styles of Japanese vases are presently listed for sale (over 2,000) and also check to see the sold listings to see what styles people are buying as well as what they are paying.

Since you have 2 vases, it would probably be a good idea to list them together and this may give you more of a chance to actually sell your vases.
Items like this rarely sell quickly (there are exceptions) so be prepared just in case it takes a while.
You could list the two vases with a higher starting price - maybe $200-$300 with best offer and see how it goes.
You will need several very good pictures and a good description.
