Me and my boyfriend just got a Kee commercial mower model GC-22. We know it's old but what's the value for it and how old is it exactly? It still runs and does its job, just would like to know its history and value.

Kee Mowers have a 50-year history in the outdoor power equipment segment. The products were most recently manufactured by Hoffco Power Equipment. Ariens Company, Brillion, Wisconsin, a lawn and garden-equipment manufacturer, has acquired the Kee Mower brand in 2010. Ariens produced the Kee products at its manufacturing facility in Opp, Alaska, and sold Kee Mowers under the Gravely brand of products. www.ariens.com/

Looks like a neat mower.
Asking prices are high but the only one that actually sold (that I could find quickly) sold for $250 and looked to be in good shape.
One listing said this mower was made in 2005 but I cannot verify that.
From reading comments in forums it seems the mower with the 2 wheels in front is more popular and may sell for more money but these mowers are used by a lot of small lawn service companies as the bigger machines are very expensive and smaller companies only need something this size.
You might ask your question on some of the lawn mower forums but from what I've read it looks like 2005 might be a good answer.
As to true value; where you are located will probably be the determining factor unless someone plans to deliver it.
Here is one that closed at auction for $147.34 - www.govdeals.com/
