I found myself on a rather unsatisfying thrifting adventure today when at my last stop I decided to look at the CPK dolls just for fun. This little gem was shoved all the way to the back of the shelf and marked $5.99, so I took a gamble and bought her. I've found that she's definitely a genuine doll but cannot find a good value range for her. Can anyone help?

Certain dolls, such as some Baldies, Red Fuzzies & some of the other very early Coleco dolls bring over $100, and even some pre-Cabbage Patch Xavier Roberts dolls can bring over $1,000, most dolls sell for $10 to $30 and have not changed much from the original retail price.
I'm not very familiar with Cabbage Patch dolls but I see different ones at thrift stores quite often, and they are usually less than $15.
You may have one that is in demand but even if it is, you will need to find a 'sold' doll like yours to find true 'value' as asking prices are just a price that a seller would like to receive for their dolls.
Here are some links that have information about the dolls in general but may answer some of your questions about your doll.

If this is an actual signature from Xavier Roberts it will be worth several thousand dollars. Take it to a dealer.
I found very similar Cabbage Patch Doll 1983 (your doll has the year 83 next to the signature) with identical tag:
