I brought this bracelet from an American police auction. It says it's a men's 180 diamond bracelet. Does anyone know it's value?

No one can answer this. It depends on the weight of the gold and the weight and quality of the diamonds.
It is pretty. Take it to a place like Treasure Hunt or a reputable gold/silver/diamond buyer and ask. The asking is free -- and on the assumption you are going to sell it for scrap/diamonds -- they will confirm the metal and the quality of the stones.
You will not get anything in writing, but it will give you an idea where to start your research.
Once they validate what you have, then search for resale value, if that is your intent. Or if you need insurance value--that is something different.
Post back what you learn.
This is a nice bracelet and I believe you paid a good price for this at the auction. However, in order to know the real value of the braclet it will be necessary to visit a jewelry store to find out the quality of the diamond that are set in the bracelet, the weight, and the true value.
