I have set with 30-3, 2 30-2s, and a 30-5 tables. Is this considered a vintage/collectible. How much might this set be worth today?

Hi and thanks for sharing. These are modern, vintage. I can't lay my hands on the right catalog, but I place them mid 1950s to 1970's. Is really challenging to date Mersman because their numbering is useless. Having the catalog is the best way to approximate date. I will keep looking for my resources.
As to value, it is regional. These are very prevelent in the market, which has dropped their value in most places. I have seen these sell for $10-$50 depending on the market, supply and demand. Most places are high supply, low demand, low value. Hopefully you are in a high demand, low supply location. Start high and take best offer. Post back how your sale goes.
These are Formica top tables and generally that puts them in a lower class of furniture.
I have not found a coffee table listed for sale or sold but I have found several of the end tables - some listed for sale and others sold. Only an identical sold table would give you current value as it shows what someone was willing to pay for the item. An exact item will generally never happen as condition and location will always be different.
You can look at some tables that have sold over the past year and compare them to your tables and your area unless shipping is involved.

Here is a similar 3 piece set that sold for $10... The problem with selling in this type situation is that you have no control over what price your pieces will sell for and you have to let them go - even if it's only $10.

Here are some tables listed for sale on eBay that you might want to place a 'watch' on to see if they sell.

Truthfully - my opinion - the condition of your tables (from pictures) does not look very good and to me, tables in this condition say 'yard sale' material to me.
If you list your tables for sale you should have some very good pictures and a good description. You can get good material for listing from some of the sold table links above.
Start your tables as high as you like and just lower them if no one shows and interest. You can list them with a price and also 'make offer' as well as 'local pick up only'. This will save shipping costs for the buyer.
