Value of Mersman Side Table?

Value of Mersman Side Table - sitting in grass I have this Mersman side table and am considering what to do with it. Is Mersman furniture worth anything? Would it be better to restain the whole thing or would it lose value if I restain the top and paint the bottom? I can't find any info about Mersman, so I'm kind of at a loss. Thanks in advance for suggestions.

You need to look on the bottom for a number. This table looks like it's in good shape. From the tables I've seen on eBay, this would be in the $100 range.
