I got this coffee table on Facebook marketplace and saw the numbers. I am wondering if it is worth anything. The number is 8664 and is a Mersman coffee table.

I am always surprised when I can't find an exact match to a Mersman piece because they are quite plentiful in the world. I am not sure I have ever seen a step coffee table. It is interesting!
I did find what I think are the matching end tables that sold (no date I can see--but I could be missing it) in Philly for 135.00 for the pair:

Furniture prices are highly subjective, and very supply and demand based. You can always start high and take best offer. I would start high at $250 and negotiate from there.

Unusual Mersman coffee table - I'm assuming your table is about 18" high?
There were several pieces in this series being sold on one site so the family may have purchased a full set of this series.

I believe these are a series but as usual, Mersman does not always make every detail the same; it appears the legs may be a little different on each piece and the front panel on the end tables have a curve while your table is straight across.
As to value; since there are no sold pieces even resembling your table you will have to decide the value for yourself. Your area (for local pick up only) will have a big bearing on the final value as shipping this item would be very expensive.
