I have two of these tables and believe the sticker says Mersman table in a triangle however it is unlike the other Mersman marks I have seen burned into the wood. Is this a different manufacture or a knock off? Do they have any value?

I have seen these tables for $35-45 each.
There are not usually knock offs of the Mersman as they were, when originally made, lower end pieces that were touted for being affordable and sturdy.
I personally love that they are study and functional! These pieces are more ornate than most and I am not able to find an exact match to give you today's market value. I always use eBay sold or Worthpoint or some of the other furniture auction sites to value pieces.
Knowing what someone else paid recently gives you today's market value. You can check back to eBay (or Google) frequently to find a match.
If they were mine and I was in a super hurry to sell without knowing exact market value, I would start the pair at $150 and take best offer.
This is not a common style (usually you see the plain old step tables, but this is a little fancy).
The market will dictate the value if you go this route!
You could always take them to a vintage store and see what they would offer you for them, knowing they will offer you between 1/8 and 1/4 of "retail" value.
They are pretty pieces!! Thanks for sharing!
