There is a glut of Disney Mickey Mouse items listed online, and it appears that most of the items are listed for under $20.
There are numerous diaries listed, but I did not see this exact one.
I do not believe your diary is any more special than similar diaries listed for sale, and very few of any type are showing up on eBay's sold listings.
If you list it for sale, you could start the price at $20-$25 and see if it sells. If no sale after a few weeks, you may have to reduce the price.
Maybe it would make a nice birthday or Christmas gift?

Unfortunately I couldn't find a Mickey Mouse Diary from 1997 for sale, but I found an unused Mickey Mouse Diary 8 1/2 X 6 from 1928, in "like" new condition with no damage:
It is listed at $16.
