I bought a Kinkade signed print, "Placerville in the Snow", 18x21. It has some dirt or light mildew spots here and there. The darkest is above the treeline, as you can see in the photo. I think it can be professionally cleaned, but I don't want to touch it. Can you give me an idea of value? If it could/should be cleaned?

If this is a signed print then it can be worth a bit more than prints from a company who are not signed. However, the print has some damage and this is harder to sell a print like this. If you want to really sell this then you should get it professionally cleaned and touched up first. If it was an oil painting this could sell for a much higher value than just a print. Normally they make hundreds of these prints which makes them harder to sell.
I would find out how much the print can sell for first. Normally this depends on the frame, the size of the print, and the print. After this you need to consider how much it will cost to clean this up in order to sell it. Now look at the two costs and see if you can make a profit if you sell it after it has been cleaned. If you can not then you can try to sell it damaged and in the condition, it is in now. You will need to really lower the price of the print because it is damaged.
Prints are not expensive. Signed oils are. Look on eBay for sold items that match yours for an idea of the value.
