eBay solds will tell you what they are selling for in today's market.

For example, dinner plates are selling for 9.50 each + shipping.

A lidded sugar bowl is going for 18.00 + shipping.

Salad plates go for about $2.50 each + shipping.

Selling as a set as a whole may be a challenge because people usually just want to replace one piece from their existing set.

If you are an experienced eBay seller, I suggest selling off the set in small lots--like 2 plates, 2 cups/saucers, and any extras like sugar bowl is the best way and will probably fetch you the most money in the long run--but it is a VERY SLOW process and can take months and months and months to liquidate the set.

If you are NOT an experienced eBay seller, you maybe best served by working with a local retail/ consignment store to sell them for you.

You could always try to sell them as a lot through Replacements.com (I love selling to them--but they don't pay a lot--but they do pay and they often take multiple pieces if they are buying.

The challenge right now is that shipping is a huge issue with the post office in the US. While it will cost more to ship them outside of the USPS, you may want to talk to Fed Ex or UPS and have them pack and ship for you--so you get insurance. These are super fragile and you need them packed correctly so they don't get to where they are going in a million pieces.

Post back what you decide and how your sale goes!

Nice pattern and this one has held its value more than some patterns.
Accessory pieces are usually the most sought after so if you have a coffee pot, tea pot, serving bowls, platters, etc you can usually get high prices for these.

I found a listing on eBay for 28 pieces and since it was the same figure you stated I wondered if this one was yours.

You do not state what pieces you have so you'll have to check out pieces - sold listings are good because they show you what someone is willing to pay for an item and not what a seller is asking for the same item.
Here is a link to sold listings on eBay so check for your pieces her. Usually small groups sell better.

Replacements has some of this pattern listed for sale but their prices are higher than you can sell for - I think it's usually about 40% less but you can see the different pieces.
This pattern was made between 1985-2006.

You can contact them to see if they're interested in buying. I'm not sure they are buying right now.

If you wish to post as a set you might want to post on sites like Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, letgo, offerup or any similar sites.
You'll need several good pictures and list it as 'pick up only' so there will be no shipping involved.
Start price high and lower it if necessary.
If you have accessories I would list them entirely separate and check some of the sold prices for how to list.

Thank you. I ended up actually having 49 pcs in all & I posted it on Facebook Marketplace for $300 to see what would happen. Someone bought it the next day for the full price. I'm happy with that.

There was a person who did bidding on the set of china you are wanting to sell. They actually started the bidding off at $225 which was very high. Nobody bid on this set of china and it was taken down or the auction bidding ended. China right now is not really holding its value like 8 to 10 years ago. People have had to lower the price so much on a set of China. Right now you can buy a single dinner plate for around 8-10. You can try listing this China for the same price as the other person did and see if you receive any offers.

Right now is really not such a good time to try and sell your China because people are not really buying much at all right now because a lot of people have lost their jobs or are only working parttime due to this virus. I would suggest that maybe you hold off until around November or December and maybe then it might be easier for you to sell this.

I discovered I actually had 49 pcs in all & I listed it for $300 on Facebook Marketplace, not really expecting much. But someone bought it all the next day without even haggling on the price. I'm happy with that.

That is really great to hear.
Thanks for posting back.
49 - That was a lot of pieces - hope it was pick up with no shipping.
I'll bet you had some nice accessories in that many pieces.

This highly desirable Noritake Barrymore, holds it's value well. On eBay this place setting for 5 piece starts at $25 and up. On Replacements the prices are a lot better as far as price to date - offering $75.95 for 5 piece place settings - at this link- www.replacements.com/.../65381?query=noritake%20barrymore...
