Can you tell me if this china set has any value? I believe it is Noritake Japan, Kerrie, produced in 1965.

Replacements.com has these for sale. Their prices are retail. If you are looking to sell, you can expect to fetch 1/3 to 1/2 of retail. None have sold on eBay in ages so I can't confirm the market status... meaning if their is a market for them now or not.
Sets of china are not an 'in' thing and even individual pieces may take ages to sell.
When you say a 'set' it does not really tell us very much as some sets may have a different number of place settings and may or may not have serving dishes or tea service.

I did find one set for sale on Etsy so you might want to check this out to see if it matches your set and if it sells.
You did very well with your research -These are online for under $8 a piece currently at - www.replacements.com/
Before it was very hard to sell a set of China and with the economy the way it is today it will be even harder. I would suggest to hold on to this to see if things change around. Right now nobody is interested in China but things do come back over time. Before to buy a set of China it sold for thousands of dollars.
