Value of Old Reel Mowers?

I have two very old reel mowers. Both have wooden shafts with cast iron blades, wheels, etc. One of the mowers has an ornate set of wheels with ferns going around them while the other has equally nice wheels. The mower with the ornate wheels has "Essex-- M.E. Austin and Co" written on the shaft.

The other has L431T imprinted on one of the wheel's interior. I have no idea how old they are, who made them and how much they're worth because nothing comes up when I search anything. Please let me know if anyone has any information about them.
