This chair belonged to my grandmother and I would like to know the value and if there is a market to sell. It was reupholstered in the 1980's. It is in very good condition.
Thank you.

Have you checked for markings on the bottom of your rocker?
Take pictures if there are numbers or any type of mark.
Just saying it 'belonged to my grandmother' doesn't provide enough information about the provenance/age of your rocker.
Does your grandmother (or another family member) remember anything about when or where this rocker was purchased?
Any information could be useful in identifying your chair.
Final value will depend on the market in your area as these chairs are awkward and expensive to ship so furniture is usually sold as 'local pick up only'. Rockers are not as popular as regular MCM chairs but this may be popular in your area.
You will need to gather as much information about age and area purchased and post your pictures and question on several sites.
These members are very good at identifying items and also providing approximate value.
Posting takes a little time and patience, but this is where you will find accurate information.

There are other forums but Reddit is the best.
You can also check eBay for similar rockers.
For sale items can be 'watched' to see if they sell but similar sold chairs can help you see what people are actually paying for similar chairs.
You will have to decide on a starting price but it's best to start with a higher price as you can always lower it if you do not receive any offers.
List your chair on Facebook Marketplace and local sites for best results.
I looked and can see the manufacturer listed is Seng. It is on a metal plate near the springs.
