Look for markings on the doll. You may have to remove clothing. Then go to www.dollreference.com to try and identify it and determine its worth.

There are just literally thousands of porcelain dolls that are as old as this one or older that may or may not be valuable but without some type of identification it would be nearly impossible for us to be able to help you with this. Just by pure luck someone may see this question and recognize the doll but there is a very slim chance of that happening.
Look for markings - sometimes you can find a name or some type of markings on the back of the neck or sometimes on the back of the doll.
You may be able to post some photos (and measurements) on the eBay doll discussion board and someone might be able to identify your doll. There are some very highly rated "experts" that answer questions about dolls. I hope you can find a name/maker of your doll.
