Your doll is a Collector's Choice doll made by DanDee . Your doll belongs to one of the Angel Series made by this company.
I believe your doll may be in the 15" Angel series and this series (I'm pretty sure) was an exclusive with K-Mart stores.
Here is a link to this brand 'angel' dolls presently listed for sale on eBay. There are several angel dolls exactly like yours for sale and other dolls in different style boxes/costumes and sizes.
Only an exact item with a sold price shows value as it shows what someone was willing to pay for that item.
I did find a doll like yours that sold on eBay for $13 plus shipping and this price would be considered the 'current value'.
