My husband and I have a number of these dolls which were given to us. We don't know who the manufacturer is or how much they are worth. Most of them are stamped 1995-1996. Does anyone recognize the manufacturer and know what these sell for?

These are nice dolls and most were not actually "mass" produced but their value is still not so much.
They are made by the Tuss Company and the designer/artist name is William Tung.
Dolls are so plentiful that it makes for less money and very slow selling but, still, dolls do sell on these sites.
Here are some examples of these dolls on eBay and Etsy (the most popular doll auction/selling sites:

If you just Google the name William Tung you will see a fair number of these dolls.

I can tell you right now it is not worth much for the following reasons. It was made in 1996, which is recent. There were 1500 dolls made, which means they are plentiful. Enjoy it for what it is.
