I have no knowledge on these dolls and can't find the same ones online. Can anyone help?

You will need to undress the doll and look for markings on the neck, back and/or bottoms of feet. Then you can go to a website like www.dollrefrrence.com to research.
The best way to start is to find out who made them. This can be done easily by looking at the back of the neck, feet or the back of the doll. Look for any marking you can find on them at all.
If you happen to find a marking that is like 105/500 or something like this - that can mean the doll is mass produced and not worth much at all.
People who collect dolls like to buy a doll from a famous doll maker. If dolls are mass produced, which many of them are, they aren't worth much at all.
Cute dolls but trying to find an identical doll without more information would be like the the old saying; "like trying to find a needle in a haystack".
