Your dolls are most likely from the 1980s. The (at the time) more expensive brands like Danbury Mint marked the dolls on the back of the neck, butt, or back. Did you check for markings other than the number you are offering? Where did the number come from--a box?
Generally I can tell you that dolls have very little resale value. Yours are very pretty and there may be a market for someone who collects mother daughter items. I have seen people asking as much as $100 for sets like these--but I never see them sold so without a sold price it is very difficult to assess today's current market value.
If you do sell, these are EXTREMELY fragile and that there are two, they have to be packaged so carefully--each in it's own box with 2 inches all around of a solid packing material (not newspaper). Then boxed, then the boxes need to be boxed again the same way with 2 inches at least around the boxes and a solid packing material. The cost to ship will be high (US) so that will drop any asking price down because people won't pay $100 for the dolls and another $30 to ship.
An in person sale is recommended. Ask what you think you want to get and take what (if anything) is offered.
The market is flooded with porcelain dolls. There are currently 130,000+ results for porcelain dolls on ebay & some are priced @ $1. You may be able to find your dolls there:
I'm sorry but without more information, it would be very difficult to provide an answer to your question.
Please check the dolls for any marks/ logos/ numbers. This information is usually found on the back of the neck (under the hair).
If you find any information, please provide pictures (not just words) and also provide measurements as well as any information available on provenance.
Recently acquired? Gift - year?
Without more information, your question is like looking for a needle in a haystack.
You can do a visual search maybe for mother & daughter on eBay, Google or other sites to see if you can find your dolls.

I think the value of your dolls is $55-56.
Your dolls have a box, but since there is no maker's name on the box, then I think that the box is not original. Examine the dolls, usually the maker's mark is on the back of the neck.
They don't look very vintage, the good quality of the dolls and the lack of a brand name matches more with dolls from the late 1990s or maybe even early 2000s.
I found these blonde porcelain dolls 17.5 inches mother and 13.5 inches daughter, good quality, boxed but unbranded, bought 21 years ago, listed for $120:
