What's the year and what you think it's worth?
This is a jar lamp or ginger jar lamp style, as other have said. Original ones were repurposed from Chinese ginger jars, often in blue and white. This one is more modern as it doesn't look to have ever been anything but a lamp. It looks to be from the mid 80s to early 90s, based on the pattern and style but it could be more modern. It's probably not too valuable, especially because you don't have a pair. I would say to expect about $10. You should sell it locally or be sure to ship it very carefully.
To know more, you would need to turn it over and look for markings to help you find a maker or date. Most manufactured electronics have stickers that might help with this. Perhaps a local antique or consignment store might be able to offer more advice.

Hi, is this lamp valuable? E.g antique
Ginger Jar Lamp looks like crackled porcelain. Without the measurement or other identification marks (located on bottom) maybe you could spend months searching for your pattern. Also, the prices are ranging from under two digit to three or four digits in pricing. The design of the branch looks to be of an oriental style. It's very pretty.
Thanks!
