The one with the marking 1 - 2000 means that they made 2000 of these dolls and it appears yours is the first one. The other ones more than likely are the same and come from a company who mass produces dolls for sale. These dolls as a set could earn you around $30 or so. If you sell them alone you are looking at around $5 each.

Goldenvale dolls generally have the 1-2000 with their name and it is just part of their logo and is probably meant to fool people into thinking there were only 2,000 made and this is the first in that series.

Of course, that is not true and there is no way to tell how many thousand were made as the 'selling market' at that time would dictate how many were made. If the doll was selling, more would be made and if not selling production would stop and then start another doll. As a general rule, at least 5,000 would be made of each doll.

These dolls were generally sold in K-Mart type stores and were very popular in the 90-2000 circa (that may be the reason they chose 1-2000 as part of their logo).

The biggest problem seems to be how many dolls are available and the market is at the lowest it has ever been and does not seem to be making a comeback. Dolls are just not on 'wanted' lists very often and shipping is costly and breakage is very high. Sellers may have their dolls listed for years (hard to believe, but very true). A very high percentage never sell - at any price.

There are presently over 10,000 native American style dolls listed on eBay alone and probably hundreds listed on other sites but not very many have sold so it is very difficult to give you a true value of your dolls.

It may be better to list them as a set and list them on more local venues like Craigslist, OfferUp, LetGo, Facebook Groups/Marketplace and show them as 'local pick up only' so there would be no shipping involved as shipping just adds to the price the buyer has to pay (and it is expensive!).
If you do this you could start your price at $50-75 and lower it later if no one makes an offer. Good pictures of full size dolls and good descriptions with sizes is necessary to sell dolls.

Your group may sell faster since you have a baby in manger - if you list them right away.
