A little more help on identifying this mower would be helpful. Normally on the wheel or in this general area you will find a manufacturer for this. If you can give us the information on one of the wheel it will make it easier to find what you need.
The value of an older push mower normally sell on eBay for around 25 to 45 dollars. However, you have to keep in mind if a person that doesn't live in your area buys this. The shipping costs is higher than the value of the mower. It is better to find a buyer in your area so you don't have to ship it out of state.
