We own a Seeburg showcase SSD 160. It is working and is stocked with vintage R and R 45 records. We are older and possibly moving so we will be selling it soon. The amp was recently serviced with new parts. We see prices all over the board and would like to know what we might sell it for. Thank you. CD

It sounds like your jukebox is in very good condition and from my research, almost all Seeburg SS 160 listed for sale or sold have a lot of flaws. This means their true value will be less than yours.
A very important point that no one is mentioning is how important the location has on the final value of this large, heavy (delicate) machine as shipping costs are very high and any sold machine that I've found was listed as 'local pick up only'.
This means that where your machine is located will have a large bearing on the final value.
Some areas may be into jukeboxes, while other areas may not take a second look - no matter the price.
Area response is difficult to judge, so usually you will have to just test the market and start with a higher price - maybe $1,000 - $1,500 with a notice of all offers considered and local pick up.
