I've had this doll for many years with original tags on her. She's in perfect condition. Her name is Ramona. The tag also says on it "limited to a one year's production". Can you please give me any more information on her and what she would be worth now. Thanks

Seymour Mann used the same names over and over so just having the name may not be of much help.
Your doll does appear to be a bride doll so that may help with the value.
However, wording like "limited to one-year production" does not mean very much because they could have produced 2,000 or 20,000 during that year according to how popular the doll was.
Most of these dolls will usually sell for under $25 but that is only part of the problem. The sites are flooded with dolls and this usually means dolls may be listed for months/years and never sell as it is a buyers market and many high-end dolls are being listed at less than $25. This means buyers have a large choice to choose from.
You can look at eBay's for-sale listings to see what sellers are asking for similar dolls - some prices will be outrageous so you just have to ignore these. However, asking prices do not provide any type of value information. Only sold listings can provide value as a sold listing will show what a buyer was willing to pay.

Check out eBay's sold listing to see what buyers are paying for similar dolls.
Occasionally a doll will sell for a little more money but usually, it will be a sort of 'special' doll.

If you decide to list your doll, you can always start at a higher price and lower the price if no one shows any interest.
You will need several very good pictures and a good description.
These dolls were marketed as collectibles that would increase in value. They have not. A doll never taken out of the box would be worth at most $25.

This Seymour Mann doll, although very pretty, is a mass produced doll often selling $5 to $25 in today's market. Maybe selling at a yard/garage sell could help your selling chances and save money on shipping, to drive the price up.
