What is the value of this doll? The doll has never been taken out of the original box and I have the certificate of registration NO: 7901345.

Seymour Mann dolls were always mass-produced and this has caused them (and similar dolls) to be of low value and very slow-selling items.
This does not mean that none of this brand sells for a higher price as there were some 'special' dolls also made by this company (in smaller quantities) that still hold a higher value.
The doll that you have is one of the mass-produced dolls and the value will probably be less than $35.
Keep in mind that dolls of all brands are listed online in the thousands and this usually means very slow sales.

Write what size your doll is, if it is from a limited edition, then how many dolls were in this edition, what year is written on the box (for example, MCMXCI - 1991). Add a photo of the stamp on the back of the neck. Then we can find dolls from the same edition and more accurately evaluate the doll.
