Your dolls are from the Seymour Mann Connoisseur Collection and were made in 1996.
There are several different versions of the 2PC doll sets that seem to have been produced from 1995 to 1996.
These are from the same collection, but unfortunately do not have any information.

I did not find any similar doll sets that had sold recently, but I believe you can see from the examples provided, these dolls are valued at less than $35-$40 due to the length of posting with no sales.
Value would seem to be less than $25.
