I'm so sorry, but this doll has little to no value at all. She is mass produced in China and there is no actual collector value placed on this type of doll. It is more of a doll that grandparents purchase to decorate their granddaughters rooms.
You might get $10 on eBay, if you are lucky. There are lots of dolls that look like this.
