I'm wondering the value of this tea cart.

I found one that was sold back in 2017 and the buyer paid $199 for the same tea cart you have pictured here. I have found quite a few of these listed over the years and it appears that a few people are trying to sell them. I did find another one that had been sold but you need to pay and register for this site in order to find out how much this was actually sold for. The person who did sell one back in 2017 listed it as local pick up only and did not ship this off to the buyer. As far as I can tell the value of this item is right around $200. The reason I say this is because the value of an item is the price that a person is willing to pay for such an item.
I cannot see the whole cart--would it be possible to post a photo of the piece full on and right side up.
The piece is called a drop leave, wagon wheel tea cart. Most were from the 1940s and 1950s. If I can see the whole piece to see what features it has and the condition I can give you a better idea of a value.
Also let me know where you are located as furniture values are highly regional.
Thanks!!
