I recently came into possession of a piece of art by Thomas Kinkade. It is signed on both the front and the back with a light post drawn on the back side of the painting. The total measurement with the frame is 26-3/4" x 32-3/4".
I have done a little research but wasn't able to find a value. If anyone would be able to help me with this, it would be greatly appreciated.

The one above is a larger lot and a bit smaller. Tne unframed picture is worth $3100. You could contact the dealer and ask what yours is worth. My guess is that it is worth more.
