Generally what you see listed online requires close examination and most sellers (kinda like yoursefl) do not provide the necessary information that is required to find an exact for sale listing or especially a 'sold' listing.
Research is always better if a legible photo of the COA is provided so we can see all of the details of your painting.
The actual size is a must as most paintings are produced in several sizes.
Kinkade's paintings did a rise in value for about a year after his death (2011) but have now fallen to an all-time low.
You can ask for help at the Kinkade studios but I doubt they will provide any information about value as 'selling' is their only venue.
I did not find any sold paintings but since I was only guessing at the size I could not be sure.
This may be close to your painting but you have to fill out forms to find what their price happens to be. If you find their price then your value could be approximately 25-40% of their price.

Here is a painting listed on eBay. If it looks like your painting, you could place a watch on the listing to see if it sells.
