What is the name of this doll, year, and value?
Treasury Collection Premier edition dolls are mass-produced dolls and when the company make a single doll they can produce up to 5000 of each doll. In cases like this it makes it hard to know the nameof each doll the company makes. I have searched these different websites over the years and they don't list all the dolls they have created.
As for selling one of these dolls the prices range from $5 to $25. The lower end prices is normally what a person sells the dolls for.
Is she the Treasure Collection 9 inch or 13 inch? If she is 13 inch, I think her name is Sarah. There are several variations of the "Sarah" in this brand, so I am not 100% positive...I know one had flowers in her hair and a cream color dress like yours. Hard to tell if your dress is pink, white or cream.
If that is who you have, she has been sitting unsold on eBay for months for between $18 and $23 dollars. To get today's current market value, we would need to find one that has actually sold. Very few of this brand (any doll size/name/type) have sold in months and the few that do sell for under $10.
If she is not the 13 inch doll, and is 9 inch, she may not have a name. This brand did not always name their dolls, wanting the new owner to name them.
The bulk of this brand was made in the 1990s. Is there a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) with her? If so, it may have the date in fine print, although some did not to give the doll the illusion of being timeless antiques.
If I were selling her, I would lean to listing her at $12.99 and take best offer, which may be as low as $5.00. Just be sure that you calculate shipping right if you are mailing her--she needs to be very well packed in a box much bigger than she is with heavy padding to prevent damage. With the new dimensional mailing (if you are in the US), the postage may be double or triple the value of the doll...which will seriously impede sales. To be honest, a local venue like a consignment store would be your best bet to sell her.

These are mass-produced dolls made in the 1990s. I have seen them asking as much as $40 on eBay, but that is just the asking price, not the selling price.
This doll does not appear to be that old,or collector.There are so many dolls like this one made. You may get $25 for it,maybe you can try auction or bid!
