This doll seems to fit your description so you could place a watch on this listing to see if see sells. We have no idea how long this doll has been posted for sale as many dolls remain posted for sale for months/years and may never sell. I do not believe this doll will sell for this price but then - curious things do happen occasionally.
It does appear that very few dolls of this brand are selling - no matter the price - but I would say your doll will probably not be valued at more than $45 even if she in new in box and it may take months or years to sell her. It does not appear that doll values will rise over the next 10-15 years - or longer.

If this is a true Valentina, they are produced in Colombia , South America, there are closed right now do to the pandemic. But there are a few for sale online on eBay, & Etsy.
