Value of Vanessa Ricardi Porcelain Doll?

I have a doll that is a collectible. It has a tag on its back that says it is a Vanessa Ricardi original. It came with no box, but has a tag that say everything about the doll. She is a 2007 doll and the tag also is a certificate of authenticity. She is in great condition and has no breaks, but she has a birth mark over her right eye. She is wearing a white and brown dress and is in one piece. I would really like it if you could tell me how much she is worth. The tag looks like this (see photo).
