What is highest value in demand pattern as far as CorningWare goes?

Highest values would be one of the lesser known patterns like Calloway Ivy or Lancaster or Country Festival or Blue Dusk.
A 45-piece set of the Calloway Ivy just sold on eBay for $259.99 (but the SELLER paid shipping, which drops his/her profits down a lot).
A full set of Country Festival just sold in the high $200 range (it was still in the original box).
A Lancaster Coffee pot just sold in the high $100 range.
Blue Dusk (which I would love to find) sells in the $30-$40 range for most sizes of casseroles.
You are going to see and hear a ton of mis-information out there about Corning selling for thousands and thousands of dollars. You will even see SOLD listings on eBay for this.
This is all NOT REAL....what I mean is it is either money laundering, shill bidding, or what was just suggested to me over the weekend is a bunch of dishonest writers doing this so they can write click bait articles for the web.
If something is too good to be true (like that a Cornflower Blue casserole is worth thousands of dollars) then it is NOT TRUE.
If it was true, I would be a thousandaire, because I am a reseller who has had a set of the Blue Cornflower for a whole bunch of years and if it was worth that much, I would get mine on eBay in a heartbeat.
I hope this helps!! Thanks for asking! Please share the correct info with your friends and stop the spread of the click-bait garbage!
Thank you so much! This is all new to me and I see some casserole dishes listed for $10,000 I couldn't believe it AND found several of them thru craigslist (under $25......I was ready to start buying them all then reselling them on ebay.....now thanks to you I am starting to see things alittle more clearly.
Happy to help!! I feel bad bursting people's bubble. It makes me so angry that these scams start and then get spread like this.
I have Blue Dusk Covered Casserole Pieces that I'm selling. Are you interested in buying them? Terry
Thanks for posting about Country Festival corningware as I have several pieces that I bought at an outlet store of Corningware many years after it was discontinued - around 1996! I wish I had found more as I really loved the colors! I only recently found out the pattern name as my hubby looked it up online.
You are most welcome! Fun find!!!
If corning was worth a lot I could retire I have about 300 pieces with lids and about 100 extra lids sweet
