It appears that Virginia Rose is the base name as there appears to be quite a few different patterns under that name.
You can check out different sites like eBay, Etsy, Ruby Lane to see if any of your particular pattern is listed for sale.
There are over 700 items listed on eBay under the name Homer Laughlin Virginia Rose. You might find your pattern and dish to place a watch to see if it sells.

Replacements is a good place to look but they do not seem to have a very big selection.
