Value of Vintage Napco Ceramic Figurine?

A monkey in a old fashioned car.Has anyone seen this Vintage Napco Ceramic Japan figurine of a monkey breaking through the roof of a model T ? Any idea what year it was manufactured; 40s ,50s, 60s? I can't find any Napco figurines for sale on the internet that are close to this. Any idea what it's worth? Any help appreciated!

Napco imported these figurines from Japan from 1956 through the early 60s.
A little history of the company:
"National Potteries corporation (also known as Napco) was started in 1938 in Bedford, OH. Napco was initially a producer of decorative floral containers, but they soon began importing items like glassware, pottery, and ceramic items from Japan.

Napco used multiple manufacturer marks for their head-vases and figurines with some being transfer marks and others being paper labels.

Napco made thousands of each item so it would be unusual to find one that is really 'rare'.
I did not find your exact item but there are thousands of Napco items listed for sale online on different sites all over the world. I doubt there are very many real collectors (collectors usually pay the higher prices) as the field is so broad it would take someone a lifetime to gather even part of a collection.

Looking at eBay sold items it appears most items are selling for under $25 (usually much lower) and occasionally one will sell for a higher price. It appears the holiday items are more valuable.

If you wish to sell your item I would suggest you start the price higher; maybe $75 and all offers considered. Leave posted for several weeks/months and if no offers then lower the price and wait again.
By the way - Your pictures are excellent and should help sell your item.
(are you sure that is a money?)

Thank you for the detailed answer and narrowing down the year and what its worth! I just couldnt find one like it, scrolling through the internet sites selling them. I didnt realize they made thousands of the same ones, but who dont like a monkey (yes its definitely a monkey) and an old car ?

This one seemed a little different from most other Napco figurines I saw, maybe a bit more cartoonish. Again thank you !

I cannot find this one, but found others on eBay. All worth less than $30. www.ebay.com/.../i.html?_nkw=napco+monkey&_trksid...
