I have a copy of number 18 of the Revised Encyclopaedia Britannica, published November 10, 1891. I am just curious at how much this is worth. I have two of them, both from 1891. They are in fair condition. I am providing pictures as well. I am not sure if I will sell them or keep them. I do collect and love old books, but this is mostly to satisfy my curiosity.

It probably has some value because it is so old, and it would be worth more if it were complete. Take it to a few book dealers for some free verbal appraisals.
I have seen these listed for sale on eBay (in much better condition) and sometimes the set will only sell for $50-$100 and may take a long time to sell.
I see that you have your book listed for sale on eBay for $34.95.
That may be a fair price but I do not see where it says 'volume 18' but I cannot read all of the small print.

If your book has a lot of maps then that is what you should be emphasizing as many people will buy books just for the maps and many book sellers will remove the maps and sell them by themselves for $9-$15 each.
If it has nice maps you should try to show pictures of the maps.
I see where a full set sold in 2016 for $50 and the market has not changed very much.

Another problem may be that you are using the spelling:
Encyclopaedia and most people will be looking for the spelling Encyclopedia and your book does not appear on eBay under the regular spelling.
Several sellers have books from the ninth edition (different years) and have chosen to list them individually for $9 - $19.95 each.
They may not have sold as a set or perhaps they did not have a set but I did not see any signs that any of these were selling either.
Good luck with your book and let us know if it sells.
I dont have these on EBay, or any other selling site, as this is more for the sake of curiosity than any intent to sell. I may decide to sell them at a much later date, but not at the moment. Not sure if some of you actually read what I posted, or if you are just assuming that I have them up on EBay.
It is very unusual to see several vintage/antique books up for sale in almost the same condition and that is why the confusion.
I would watch the listing that is similar to yours to see if it sells as if it does then this would be a good indication of the value of your books.
I'm glad you are keeping these as they should hold their value and hopefully increase in value as time goes on.
If you decide to sell I would be sure to indicate any maps that may be in this volume as these are more sought after than any other single item.
Something that may help it sell is if you put the terms ephemera or junk journal or maps for Junk Journaling in the ad.
There is a huge community of junk journal artists out there who want old maps where the dates take them out of the copyright zone so they can scan and use them in their projects.
It is their responsibility to know if the item is still copyrighted or not, not yours so don't worry about that.
You can lead them to the water, so to speak, but focusing on all the neat stuff IN the volume!
