I have a Westminster porcelain doll with the number 1 on her neck. It is a girl with curly auburn hair wearing a blue flowered dress, sitting n a white wicker chair. She is holding a blue balloon. Does anyone know how much she would be worth? I still have the box and I believe I still have the paper of certification.

Westminster dolls are not considered very collectable although they have made some nice dolls. Most of these dolls sell for $10 -25 dollars, if they sell at all (eBay, Etsy).
