I have the complete set of Wizard of Oz dolls made by Barbie. I saw some that were autographed that went for a rather large amount. Mine are NOT autographed, are they worth anything? They've never been out of the box.

What size Barbies? Picture?
Everyone is assuming you're asking about the Kelly munchkin set of four dolls but the only sold high-value sets seem to be a combination of the full-size dolls plus several munchkins combined in one sale.
The next problem is the year of production as these sets were produced in at least 5 different years.
What year is your set?
Sets listed for sale will only show you what a seller would like to receive for their items but only a sold set will tell you what someone was willing to pay.
Check out eBay's sold listings to see if someone purchased a set like yours. If you find an identical set then that sold price will be the value of your set.
However, even a sold set will not tell you long the set had been listed for sale before it sold; weeks/months/years?

I think that since you are writing about the complete set, then you have the Complete set Barbie & Ken Wizard Of Oz in separate boxes.
The first edition of the Wizard of Oz Barbie Dolls was released in 1995 by the creator of Barbie - Mattel Toys. All characters from the movie were released in several editions. Mattel discontinued the Wizard of Oz Barbie line.
But maybe you have a 75th Anniversary Mattel Doll? (I agree that we need a photo of your dolls). Then the price is higher. In celebration of the classic film's 75th anniversary, Mattel released a limited series of the most popular characters. Each doll is sculpted in vinyl in his or her character's movie likeness. Retailers rushed to reorganize their shelves to find a temporary home for the new dolls. A very limited range of the most popular dolls was created. This included Dorothy, Glinda the Good Witch of the North, and the Wicked Witch of the West. One new doll debuted as well, the Wizard.
