Your mower looks like it may be in good condition but you do not say if it is running so value will depend on the overall condition/performance, cosmetic looks count also - needs to be clean, and mower's location. Running condition and location will be the main factors that will determine value as these can only be shipped by expensive freight and are generally sold as 'free local pick up'.
Typical mowers like this usually run $40-$50 if in good running order but many never sell due to the location as some areas like/use reel mowers and other areas would not pick one up for free. Check your local Craigslist to see if any reel mowers are listed. You may just have to list it for sale and see what happens.
The mower that Judy listed is the only same type mower that I've found but it is a good example of how many pictures are needed to sell an item. This mower looks to be in better condition than yours. The sale was 'pick up only'.

As to the age of your mower:
I did not see a date on any site but there is a free PDF manual and it may have a date in it somewhere. Download/print the manual as it will be an asset to your sale.

There is a manual listed for sale on eBay and you could message the seller and ask if there might be a date in the booklet.
A little history of the Yard-Man mower:
"Yard-Man has its origins in Jackson, Michigan around 1933, building reel type push lawn mowers. The Yard-Man brand was eventually purchased by the Montgomery Ward department store, a major retailer of the brand. Yard-Man was sold to MTD in 1975 and the Jackson factory was closed. MTD continues to produce lawn tractors under the Yard-Man name."
This one sold for $29 @ auction in 2013:
