I own a 1904 Webster dictionary. It has all pages, but the first page is detached. It is in horrible condition, barely still bound. Is it worth fixing? Would it have any value to someone else?

It is an antique, so it may be worth something. Take it to a book dealer for his or her opinion.
I am not seeing an exact match on eBay at the moment in the sold section to determine today's current market value. Only ever use the SOLD section of eBay to deterine actual market value because that tells you what people pay for an item.
There is one on currently (IF IT IS AN EXACT MATCH TO YOURS you may want to watch it and see what it sells for to determine the market value of yours. www.ebay.com/
The person is ASKING in the 200s, but people can ask what they want, you want to know what the value is meaning what someone will pay for it.
Another thing I can tell you is if it turns out not to command a high value as a dictionary, artists love these things and take them apart and make things out of them that fetch nice amounts on sites like Etsy.
If you go to Etsy or Pinterest you can see tons of examples of things made with the pages. If you are crafty, maybe you could whip up a batch of neat items and make your money that way!!
Hope this helps get you started on value!
