I am trying to find a good selling value for a 1909 Webster's Dictionary of the English Language.

It can be worth $65 to $150, depending on condition and demand.
I see that you have your dictionary listed on eBay for $150.
What research led you to use this value?
Just a suggestion; your shipping is very high.

Books of any kind - and especially reference books - are difficult to sell even at good prices and most book sellers post an item and forget it - this item may be listed for months to years and still may never sell. This is especially true of book sellers on eBay and Amazon.
I believe you have your dictionary is overpriced according to what I have seen (items that sold). But that is no reason to change how you have it listed. I would leave it as is (change the shipping) and wait a moth or so and lower the price if no one buys. You might want to revise it and check 'make an offer' just in case someone is interested. You can always accept or turn down an offer - no obligation.
You might also want to list your book on some local sites like Craigslist, USA4Sale, Nextdoor, OfferUp, LetGo, or Facebook Marketplace. The more the better chance of selling. Just remember to remove all listings if it sells.
Here are links to recently sold items. One like yours and one 'illustrated' - both very nice looking books in better condition.
