I would like to determine the value of an antique 1920 Singer sewing machine that needs restoration. Where do I go to get it restored in St. Louis. MO or where can I sell it. It has the foot peddle.

A similar machine in working condition was advertised on eBay for $200. Yours is probably worth less.
I love, love love the old Singers! They are so sturdy!!
When trying to value, eBay is the easiest way. I always tell people don't use current auctions, only SOLD auctions (it is a choice on the left side of the screen--at least on my computer).
You will need to find the exact make and model and see what people actually pay to get an idea of today's current market value.
I am pasting a link for all of the SOLD items as of today--you can scroll through and see if any are an exact match. Hopefully one will be!

Once you find an exact make and model match, you will need to take up to 20% off the value if the sold one is PRISTINE...if it is one that is like yours that needs repair...then you have an apples to apples value and you are good to go!
There are lots of folks out there who still love and collect these work horses. They are a bug a boo to sell on eBay because it is to hard to pack and ship. You could do a local buy (pick up only) but that may take a long time...as it all about supply and demand.
This site sums up valuing sewing machines much better than I can...so it is worth sharing....ismacs.net/
Hmmm...I though I posted the link to a place in your town but when I came back today, it wasn't in my post...maybe this place can help. I don't know them, but it sounds promising!
Good luck! www.justsewstl.com/
I do not believe anyone can help you with true value since we have no way to know the condition of the machine. Restoration could mean many things about the a machine's condition.
