I have a 1968 Ashley Bella Adela doll still in the wooden glass case. It has never been taken out of the case with its certificate. The design number is 930/5000. I have been trying to find out how much she is worth. Can you help me?

This doll is mass produced and the lot is 5000 dolls the same. Unfortunately, these types of dolls don't bring a high resale value. You'll be lucky if you can sell this doll for $15 - 25.

This doll has no real value. There were 5000 of them made. Enjoy it, but dont expect to make money off it

Ashley Belle dolls are really pretty dolls but so many have been made that none have a very high value. Occasionally, one will sell for a higher price but it is a rare occasion.
- The dolls during those years were placed in wooded cases and actually sold (retail) for a high price but there were just too many produced for these dolls to retain their value.
- In today's market it is rare to see (even a new doll) sell for more than $35-$45.
- There are presently a couple of these dolls listed on eBay (none on Etsy).

- Only one of these dolls have sold in recent months and the selling price was $3.00.

- Some dolls are listed as pre-owned but these dolls sell just as well as "new" dolls if they are in excellent condition.
- If you wish to sell your doll, I would suggest you list it on Craigslist and maybe start the price at $65-$75 and reduce the price if no one shows an interest.
- Craigslist is easy to use, just post several pictures and description and free if you list as an individual.
- Here is an interesting article from 2012.
