I have a 1985 Xavier Holland Cabbage Patch doll. Condition is mint like new. It has ever been used. It has extra clothes, handbag and a hat. I also have the official airplane ticket and adoption papers. They have never been opened. I have listed it on eBay and it still hasn't sold for $300. Should I come down on the price or is there a better place to sell it? I know that she is rare with her being overseas from Holland.

The dolls that were before Xavier Holland are the valuable ones. Yours is worth pretty much what you paid for it.
I went out to eBay and it looks like your exact gal is selling in the average of 27-35 dollars plus shipping:
www.ebay.com/
The above is one, there is at least one more, maybe 2.
I may be missing something and this isn't an apples to apples match so please check to make sure the sold items are the exact one you have. If it is an apples to apples match, then you may want to consider lowering your price as $300 is a big stretch from $35.
The brunette version is selling for slightly more.
If you do decide to lower your price, you may want to consider the following:
Update your title....if you use Xavier it should be his full name, Xavier Roberts. If it is new in the box, you need to mention that. Or if it has been played with but has the box, the box needs to be in the title

Post back with an update! Hope you are able to sell your gal!
My daughter collected these dolls when she was younger and loved them so much. However, as she grew up the dolls were no longer of interest to her. She was able to get $10 for each doll when she sold them off.
