I found this at a thrift store, I'm not a collector nor do I know anything about dolls really. It was more of a joke gift with a friend, but I realized it might have some value after discovering the brand and that it says limited edition. If not, it's completely fine. I'm just curious really about the value, where it came from, etc.

Dolls of all brands/sizes/character are so plentiful that it's really a waste of time to try and sell regular dolls at this time.
I'm not saying values will improve as I believe the doll market is definitely not going to improve as so many people are just trying to downsize and usually, no one in their families want anything to do with 'dolls'.
There are presently over 1,000 Brinn dolls listed for sale on eBay and less than 100 have sold over the past several months.
You can check out the sold listings to see what people are actually paying for these dolls and I think you'll decide to keep her or give her to someone that would like a very pretty doll.

Limited Edition was a catch-all that manufacturers used to fool people into believing the dolls would one day be valuable. They could have been correct if the Internet had not exploded with eBay, Amazon, Etsy and others joining in.
Limited edition and other types of marking was a way a company used to sell their dolls. If you look at the numbers at the end you can see that there are 2 numbers. The first number is the number of the doll that they produced and the second number is how many dolls they produced of this one type of doll. The fancy boxes, certificate, and packing was a way to get people to buy the dolls at Christmas or other times of the year. The doll is not in mint condition and might bring you 5-15 dollars tops if you tried to sell it again.
This is a collector doll, like many, they are not selling for very much. Right now there is many and the market is slow. They are asking $10 to $50 for this brand of doll. Unfortunately those are just the asking prices.
