It's too big for my house. It's beautiful, but I have to get rid of it. I know it's Burl wood, but have no idea what it's worth or how to price it. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

These are given away where I live. Price it at $250 and see if you get offers.
Sell locally, so it can be picked up from your location, advertise best offer. Show pictures from all sides to create more interest ,the more you know about the piece the better the offer amount!
Oh...I didn't see you had a second post where you are trying to value it. Thanks for the inside picture. It looks like a nice sturdy, useful piece.
So depending on where you are and if it is veneer or not, it could be priced anywhere from $25 to $700.
Yes, that is a huge range, but furniture sales are very regional and what is highly popular in one places is not in another.
If you are in the United Kingdom, these pieces (even veneer) seem to be highly sought after and sell in the $500-700 range in many settings.
If you are in Pittsburgh and it is a veneer, you would fetch $25-$30. If it was real wood, maybe $50-$75, but it would have to be pristine.
Best to ask around to local consignment/antique/vintage dealers to see what they sell for in your town and then you can take 1/4 to 1/2 off of their retail price to price yours.
The ideal way to sell it would be to either sell outright to a consignment/antique/vintage store or have them consign it for you and you get a percent of the sale.
These pieces are lovely but huge and heavy and if you sell on your own, you will have issues with potential buyers not having a way to get it out of your place and into theirs.
Post back where you are located and how much you fetch for it.
Thanks for sharing!
The armoire looks in excellent condition and is well taken care of. The problem with bigger pieces like this is that people do not normally buy them for their home because they have walk in closets and they take up a lot of room. I would list this on Craigslist in your area to sell it locally. You can start off by asking $300 for this piece and go down from there. The price can easily be adjusted and you can take offers.
Did you sell this? If not, where do you live? If it is in driving distance id like to discuss this with you. Thanks!
